| The last 10 months... |
| Sunday, July 11, 2010 Dear all, as usual - apologies for not writing any news in the last 10 months.... In fact the last 10 months have been quite brilliant and tough at the same time, so I want to thank all the people who put us up, played Minor White on their show, wrote very nice reviews and supported us through the this funny old year - The Autumn saw us playing a few gigs in Italy courtesy of Ernesto De Pascale and Il Popolo Del Blues and as we quietly settled into the winter we took a little brake to record new songs, gig some more all around the British Isle and get fatter on roasts and real ale! In May the 10' with our version on Coming Into Los Angeles by Arlo Guthrie came out in America as instantly sold out - if you don't have a copy you can download that song from Itune US as a bonus track to Minor White - so thank you Bird/FindersKeepers for putting that out - In June we played a few well received gigs with Jools Holland - who very kindly will have us back on the road with him in mid December - Hop you're all having a wonderful summer and hope to see you in your town very soon Love emma |

| Tuesday, August 18, 2009 Hello, So,the band (Andra Garbo on guitar(s), Paolo Mongardi on drums and Milo Scaglioni on bass)have arrived all in one piece after a 30 hours drive all the way from sunny Italy .... they got here this afternoon and they all look like they need some sleep, some food and ....a good wash! We're going to rehearse for a day or so and then we're going to head off to Cardiff to play a gig for Beth Elfyn at the Buffalo Bar and after that.... all down to the Greenman - So... see you in Wales x |
